My son got a pair of T20 Vision sunglasses for christmas and has worn them in every game since. They are comfortable, light, and undeniably help in the field. As impressive as the sunglasses are though, more impressive is the customer support. After an incident at training the arm of the sunglasses unfortunately broke. One email later and a new pair were on their way. Truly impressive customer service, We will be buying more. Thank you.

Got some sized glasses that were not suitable for my daughter, customer service could not be more helpful in adjustment advice and advice on selecting the right glasses. Return was more than easy, and no trouble with the replacement ones being a perfect fit. Not to mention they were half the price of the ones she originally wanted and she loves them.

Ordered and received a pair of T20 Max Purists for my daughter, but unfortunately they were a bit big for her head. Contacted the Twenty20 team and they could not have been more helpful. they suggested a change in size to the young adult so we went for the T20 Ultimate's as the Max Purists were not available in the young adult size. Graham from the team set up return labels and sent the new pair so we would get in plenty of time for a rep carnival my daughter was playing in. They arrived and were perfect, so happy, she was looking to save up for a different brand that were around $360, and is so happy she came out with a great pair of sunnies and a wad of cash still in her account for Christmas holidays.
