Our Quality Guarantee
Twenty20 Vision takes great pride in the quality of its products. To support this guarantee we will replace any pair of sunglasses, no questions asked, upon return of the original pair along with proof of purchase to our head office.

This guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Returns
Twenty20 Vision is all about comfort but we understand it is hard to know if our sunnies will fit or not when you order them online. If you purchase a pair of sunnies but they do not fit, or you do not like them, that is ok, we offer a free return and refund solution. Returns are valid for 7 days after receipt of delivery. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@t20vision.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A refund will only apply if the product is still in the required quality and has been approved by Twenty20 Vision.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
