Twenty20 Vision takes great pride in the quality of its products. To support this guarantee we will replace any pair of sunglasses, no questions asked, upon return of the original pair along with proof of purchase to our head office.
This guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you must post us back your original pair of Sunglasses in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace your pair of sunglasses with a new pair if there is any dissatisfaction with them. We do not refund customers in terms of refunding monies paid.
